Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of aiforge.ro, including the client area. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by AIForge (“AIForge”, “we”). You can contact us via the contact form on aiforge.ro.

2. What the site offers

aiforge.ro presents our web development and AI integration services and the applications we have built. Through the contact form and the client area you can send us project requests and discuss them with us.

3. Requests, offers and contracts

A request sent through the site is not a contract and does not oblige us to carry out the project. Budgets selected in the form are indicative. Any collaboration starts only after we agree in writing on an offer (scope, deadlines, price) and sign a separate contract, which takes precedence over these terms.

4. Your account

• you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information;
• you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity in your account;
• let us know immediately if you suspect someone else is using your account;
• you can ask us to close your account at any time via the contact form on aiforge.ro.

We may suspend or close an account that is abused or used against these terms, with notice where possible.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• submit illegal, offensive or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• try to bypass security measures or access accounts and data that are not yours;
• overload the site, send spam or use bots without our permission;
• copy or reuse the site’s content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, design, AIForge logo, graphics and code of the site belong to us or are used lawfully, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Names and images of the portfolio applications belong to their owners. Rights to a project built for you are set out in the contract between us.

7. Portfolio applications and external links

Links to portfolio applications and other websites lead to separate services with their own terms and policies. AI-based applications may produce inaccurate answers and do not replace advice from a qualified professional (for example legal advice).

8. Liability

The information on the site is general and presentational. We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably — contact us via the contact form on aiforge.ro. Failing that, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Romania. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), including for alternative dispute resolution.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, with the date above. Account holders will be notified of significant changes.
